At the Beach House Ocean Villas, you will feel safely tucked away from the outside world, a slice of paradise where you can enjoy yourself and take advantage of all the adventures Nature has in store for you.

Expect to leave your stress at the door as we take care of your every need.

These villas are ready to be rented, but should you be interested in spending more time in the secluded yet lively region of Nosara, they are also available as a Fractional Ownership Property, meaning you can buy a fraction of the home for personal use throughout the year or as an investment opportunity by renting out the space when you’re not using it.

Property Rental Services

You will be provided a Welcome Book at check-in to familiarize with the house and the local area, as well as recommendations of restaurants, emergency numbers for doctors, power and security.

After arrival you have direct contact with our maintenance and guest services managers, our inhouse bilingual staff can and will take care of you every need:

– Arrange transportation from the airport
– Coordinate rentals for ATV’s, golf carts, cars
– Coordinate activities such as zip lining, horseback riding, reservations at restaurants, sport fishing trips, excursions, etc.
– Arrange for area chefs including grocery shopping
– Set up surfing lessons and surfboard rentals
– Arrange for baby sitters
– Provide for extra housekeeping (for a nominal fee)
– Full-time security guard if desired (all of our luxury villas in Nosara have state-of-the- art alarm systems
– 24-hour check-in and check-out service (additional fee for late check-ins and early check-out, but you can always check yourself through a lockbox we have provided)
– We also host wedding parties and larger group activities
– Depending on the location you choose you can either take advantage for planning activities or for enjoying total privacy during your stay
